Aidarbekov Zheinabil Smayilkhanuly – Doctor of Philosophy and Professor. In 1990, he graduated from Moscow Humanitarian University (MosGU) with a degree in History. In 1997, he worked as a junior researcher at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 1998 to 2000, he served as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Kazakh Encyclopedia editorial board. Between 2000 and 2002, he was Director of Kazkomservice-Aksai company. In 2002, he worked as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Management and World Languages in Oral (Uralsk). In 2003, he was Associate Professor, Vice-Rector, and Advisor to the Rector at West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov. From 2004, he served for 10 years as Head of Sector in the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan and Deputy Director of the Presidential Archive. In 2010, he graduated from the National School of Public Policy of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan, earning a Master’s degree in Public and Local Administration. Dr. Zheinabil Smayilkhanuly is the author of over 100 scientific articles and 5 monographs. On September 25, 2024, he was awarded the badge No. 00739 “For Contribution to the Development of Science.” In October 2024, he received the “For Distinguished Service” medal No. 1118 from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and a Certificate of Honor dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Mongolian People's Party. His research focuses on international relations, youth issues, and state youth policy. From 2014 to 2023, he served as Head of the Department of Modern History of Kazakhstan and Worldview Disciplines at the Abylai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages. Since September 1, 2023, he has been working as Acting Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
